Our hearing specialist will discuss your medical history with you. Afterwhich, we will conduct a complete hearing assessment to measure your hearing level. Our hearing specialist will then explain the findings and discuss a hearing health plan tailored for you. This includes recommendation of the most suitable hearing aid and advising on the financial plans.


Your hearing assessment and initial consultation is FREE. The price of hearing aid(s) varies from a few hundred to a few thousand, depending on the technology and features.

Essential (below $2,000)

  • Improve one-on-one speech comprehension in quiet environments.

  • Better real-word understanding for more patients.

  • Designed to help people who are not very socially active or spend most of their time in quiet environments only.


Standard ($2,500 - $3,800)

  • Automatic performance providing a clearer and more effortless listening experience in more listening environments.

  • Designed to common listening environments and for people who are slightly more socially active.


Advanced ($3,800 - $5,000)

  • Additional features with more tuning options that can provide enhanced listening experience in multiple listening environments including music.

  • Designed for listening in more challenging listening environments.


Premium (above $5,000)

  • Give the best performance for speech understanding, even in the most demanding environments.

  • Smart technology that ensures you can understand speech coming from any direction.

  • Designed for active people that are in a variety of listening environments.


The main goal is to select hearing aids that will help with your hearing loss and effectively meet your needs.

What To Bring

Please bring your past hearing reports (if you have) to the appointment. If you were referred by a GP or an ENT doctor, please bring the referral form or letter that was given to you.


You may want to bring a friend or family member(s) to accompany you to the appointment. They will be able to share their experience with your hearing difficulties. We will also be discussing the most suitable hearing health plan for you, hence, it is important to have a trusted accompaniment who can listen and help with the discussion.
