This session is for taking full shell ear impressions for custom in-ear monitor. Either cotton or foam stoper can be provided.

This session includes basic hearing test to find out your hearing level, and explanation of your hearing result, evaluation and discussion on the options available to improve your hearing health, trying on the latest technology that works best for you.

This session is a full hearing assessment to determine the degree, type and configuration of a hearing loss. Audiometry report will be given.

This session includes general cleaning of your hearing aids, change of maintenance accessories/spare parts, fine tuning/adjustment of hearing aids, and update of hearing aid software, if necessary.
