We accept returns within 7 days of purchase.
Item can be exchanged or refunded if there is a manufacturing defect.
Item must be unopened, unused with all original seals/tags/labels attached.
Original receipt is required for exchange or refund.
No refund of the difference if the price of the new item is lower than the original item.
Shipping fee will not be refunded.
Most of the orders can be shipped within 24 hours from the order date, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Free shipping on orders $15 and above.
There will be a $5 shipping fee if total order is below $15.
There will be a $10 shipping fee for Express Shipping within 24 hours.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Please open the package immediately upon delivery to ensure all items received are in good condition. If your order is damaged, please email us at info@ihear.com.sg, the photos of the damaged item as proof and save all packaging materials and damaged items. We will follow up with you within 3 working days.
